This new four-story condominium was constructed in Northern Liberties in Philadelphia. The building featured large span open spaces in the units and many projections and recesses on the north and south faces of the building. These features, as well as the balconies on some of the units, dictated the use of steel structural framing and concrete slab for the floor areas.

The roof of this building was designed to support a lush green roof on the majority of the roof area, which could be used by the tenant for parties and sun bathing.
