This new, two-story service and showroom facility is located in Freehold, New Jersey off Route 9. The first floor serves as a customer center and the second floor provided parts storage. The building was constructed using rigid steel frame, and the roof construction was comprised of steel deck and steel bar joists. The second floor utilized concrete slab on metal form deck and steel bar joists. The service area was a one-story building with long clear span joists, and diagonal bracing was used for the lateral bracing of the service building. Conventional shallow strip and spread concrete footings were used for both building foundations.
