Following Superstorm Sandy in 2012, Grey Fox Consulting was contacted for several projects in dire need of assistance. One of these projects was a collapsed beachfront house that the homeowner insurance company was refusing to cover. Grey Fox Consulting’s knowledge of wood-framed residential building behavior and study of the surrounding conditions resulted in a report that helped the owner reach a settlement with the insurance company.
